Absolute Group 401(k)
Participating in the 401(k) plan lowers your tax bill and makes monthly saving automatic. Meanwhile, your money grows tax-free. That’s a good thing. Absolute Group offers a company match. That’s free money to you. If you take advantage of the match, that’s less you have to save on your own.

If you want to rollover a prior 401(k), the Rollover Declaration Form is located on the Principal website, which needs to be completed online.

You must be at least 21 years of age, have worked for 1,000 hours and have been employed for one year.
For Example: If you were hired on or before January 1, you will be eligible on January 1 of the following year to enroll online. NOTE: You will not be able to enroll BEFORE that date.
You may enroll anytime after you become eligible.

As an employee you can contribute up to $23,500 per year into the 401(k). For those of you who are 50 or older you can contribute up to an additional $7,500, this is referred to as “Catch-Up Contributions.”
Beginning in 2025, those between ages 60 and 63 will be eligible to contribute up to $11,250 as a catch-up contribution.

The company matches 100% up to 3% and up to 4% if you contribute 5%. We encourage all of our employees to contribute to the company’s 401(k) plan.

If you don’t provide your mobile phone number, you’ll need to answer a few personal questions as an alternative way to confirm it’s really you.

Create a unique username, set a secure password and add your email address
Select and answer three security questions to use if you need to call us
You now have access to your online account, and you’ll get a confirmation email within a few minutes
The first time you log in, you’ll need to choose where we send you verification codes (text message, voice call, or authentication app) and how often you want to use them
