Health Benefits

  • Absolute Group offers three medical plans to choose from.

  • If you choose either High Deductible Health Plan (Plan 2 or 3) you have the option to set up and contribute to an HSA.

  • Absolute Group pays for each employee to have $10,000 in basic life and AD&D insurance.

    We also offer the option to purchase more insurance at a discounted group rate up to $250,000.

  • This provides a fixed, lump- sum benefit upon diagnosis of a critical illness, which can include heart attack, stroke, paralysis and more.

    These benefits are paid directly to the insured and may be used for any reason, from deductibles and prescriptions to transportation and child care.

  • This plan offers payouts for accident emergency treatment, follow-up visits & physical therapy, and initial accident hospitalization.

  • This is designed to cover temporary disabilities, such as recovery from childbirth or the healing of a broken bone.

    This benefit begins paying 60% of your income starting on the 8th day of disability and will be paid up to a maximum of 12 weeks.

  • This can help you pay your bills and safeguard your savings when you’re unable to work for a longer period of time. Whether you’re out for a few months or several years, this benefit can help you protect your income – and those who depend on it.

    This play pays 60% of your income from 90 days of disablement to retirement age.

  • Absolute Group pays for each employee to have $10,000 in basic life and AD&D insurance.

  • All employees and family members will have access to this great tool. First Stop Health can handle almost all services the Urgent Care can provide for you – without a deductible. Licensed doctors are available 24/7 via phone or video chat. They can diagnose, treat, and often prescribe for an array of medical issues right over the phone. This is great to keep you in the field and out of Urgent Care.
