Life Insurance
Absolute Group pays for each employee to have $10,000 in basic life and AD&D insurance. This is a great benefit that costs you nothing and makes sure your family has something if the worst were to happen. We also offer the option to purchase Supplemental and Dependent Life/AD&D insurance.
Voluntary Group Supplemental and Dependent Life/AD&D Insurance Highlights

Employee:
Choose from a minimum of $10,000 to a maximum of $500,000 in $10,000 increments. (Not to exceed 8 times Annual Earnings when combined with your Basic Life coverage.)
Dependent Spouse:
Choose from a minimum of $5,000 to a maximum of $250,000 in $5,000 increments. (spouse coverage may not exceed 100% of the employee's coverage.)
Dependent Child(ren):
Birth to 6 months: $10,000
6 months through age 19: $10,000 (up to age 26 if a full-time student) -
Employee: $250,000
Spouse: $30,000
Child: All child amounts are guaranteed issue

At age 65 the original benefit will be reduced to 65%.
At age 70 the original benefit will be reduced to 50%
