Health Equity (HSA)

Our current HSA provider is changing from Further to Health Equity effective October 1. You will be receiving a new HSA debit card in the mail. Please watch for it.

Here are the steps to setup your account through Health Equity.

1. Receive your card in the mail and call the number to activate the card by October 1

2. Activate your account online

   1. Visit HealthEquity.com

   2. Click on LOG IN/REGISTER

      1. Select Health Equity

      2. Click Create username and password

   3. Complete the account setup

3. Download the app (optional)

   1. Search “Health Equity” in the app store

Important information:

• You will continue to use your Further HSA debit card through September 21.

• You will be able to use your Health Equity HSA debit card starting October 1.

• There will be a blackout period where Further transitions into Health Equity where you will not be able to use either debit card between September 22 - September 30.
